Two markets, one structural problem.

We work in two markets that, on the surface, could not be more different: early-childhood education in Germany, and commercial shipping on the high seas. What they share is a structural mismatch — between how content is licensed and how it is actually used. Spotify is licensed for the private living room, not the morning circle at a daycare. Netflix is licensed for the home screen, not the mess room on a bulk carrier.
